Parthenon Emporium welcomes email enquiries as well as in store requests.
Due to many of our goods being hand made and custom made, time is required to create your selected products to the highest standard. This is why we highly advise customers to ensure that all orders made for Wedding & Christening Events be placed at least 8 weeks in advance to the celebration date. This is to ensure that there is no disappointment in obtaining your selected products.
International delivery options
We are happy to ship to international customers, however we take no responsibility for lost or damaged goods during shipment. Postage will be calculated on destination and weight of goods.
Estimated Australian delivery times
Parthenon Emporium utilizes the services of Australia Post and ships all orders either by Standard Surface Mail or by Express Post. Delivery via Australia Post Surface Mail usually takes 7 – 10 days.
What happens after I have placed an online order?
Upon placing your order with us we would like to highlight that no payment will be made online to provide you with peace of mind that the final costing including shipment will be confirmed with you via an invoiced email or telephone within 2-3 business days from when the online order has been placed. When goods (order) has been dispatched Parthenon Emporium will send you a confirmation email.
What Credit Cards do we accept?
All major credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard. We regret to advise we do not accept Visa Electron, Switch, Diners Club, American Express or Debit Cards. No extra surcharge will be charged when processing orders.
To cancel an order that has yet to be paid, please contact us on 0411203983 or 82693266 at your earliest convenience so that we may cancel your order.
Parthenon Emporium will offer you a refund, exchange or store credit totaling up to the cost of goods only, with the following conditions applying to any/all combined order returns:
Incorrect Goods Received
Where Parthenon Emporium has made an error with your order, we will absorb and replace all applicable goods charges once the incorrect goods are returned to us at Parthenon Emporium’s expense.
The correct replacement goods will then be shipped to you, on the condition that we receive the incorrect goods in a safe and undamaged condition, and we are satisfied upon inspection that they have been unused and unopened.
Return postage methods must at the very least be in the same manner as the goods were sent to you. This includes all registered/tracking options, and any insurance costs, unless otherwise pre-arranged with Parthenon Emporium.
